TopSteel implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, modification, disclosure, or destruction. Your data is hosted on secure servers located in France, in accordance with the highest industry standards.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with our technical subcontractors (hosting, payment) strictly within the framework of providing our services. These subcontractors are subject to strict confidentiality obligations.

6. Cookies
TopSteel uses cookies essential for the operation of the service. These cookies maintain your session, remember your preferences, and ensure your account security. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies, but some features may no longer be available.
7. Data Retention
Your data is retained throughout your subscription and up to 3 years after its end to meet our legal obligations. Billing data is retained for 10 years in accordance with accounting requirements. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
8. Mobile Application
The TopSteel mobile application (Android) collects and processes certain data solely to provide its business features, after your explicit consent: precise location (GPS) for job-site geolocation and on-site time tracking; the camera to scan barcodes/QR codes and photograph goods receipts and documents; the photos and files you choose to upload, sent to our secure servers located in France; the notification identifier (Firebase Cloud Messaging) to deliver push notifications. Optional biometric authentication (fingerprint, face) is handled by your device and is never transmitted to TopSteel. None of this data is sold or used for advertising purposes. You can revoke each permission at any time in your device settings.
