Article 1 - Purpose
These Terms of Service define the conditions for using TopSteel services and the rights and obligations of the parties. Here, TopSteel refers to the software tools presented on this website for steel construction professionals. The contracting party and the terms applicable to each offer are identified in the corresponding contractual documents.
Article 2 - Access to Services
Access to TopSteel services requires prior registration. The user agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration. TopSteel reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account in case of non-compliance with these terms.
Article 3 - Description of Services
TopSteel offers a suite of management tools including: project management, production tracking, document management, logistics and shipping, analytical dashboards, and collaboration tools. Available features depend on the subscription plan.
Article 4 - Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed on our pricing page and may be modified at any time. Any price changes will be notified to existing users with 30 days notice. Payments are processed through our secure payment partner Stripe. Invoices are issued monthly or annually depending on the chosen plan.
Article 5 - Intellectual Property
All content on TopSteel (texts, images, software, databases, etc.) is protected by intellectual property rights. The user has a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services for the duration of their subscription. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
Article 6 - Liability
TopSteel commits to providing its services with diligence and competence. However, TopSteel cannot be held responsible for indirect damages, data loss, or service interruptions resulting from circumstances beyond its control. The user is solely responsible for their use of the services and the data they enter.
Article 7 - Termination
The user may terminate their subscription at any time from their account dashboard. Termination takes effect at the end of the current billing period. TopSteel may terminate the contract in case of serious breach by the user, after formal notice remaining unsuccessful for 15 days.
Article 8 - Applicable Law
These Terms of Service are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the courts of Nantes, France will have sole jurisdiction.
